Team of Scientists take on Challenge for NPC Research

Our wonderful scientists are once again taking on a challenge to raise money for the NP UK and the NPRF. This year they are going to bike, walk and canoe their way from the Department of Pharmacology at the University of Oxford to the Niemann Pick UK family conference in Wyboston Lakes in Bedfordshire. The aim is to cover 60 miles by bike, 10 miles by foot, and 5 miles by canoe in about 2 days! In previous years the weather’s been a challenge in itself, so we’re hoping as they set off today that it’s not too hot!!

Good luck to the whole team: Fran Platt, Ahad Rahim, Michael Hughes, Amy Geard, David Priestman, Maria Fernandez-Suarez, Dave Smith, Joseph Roney, Hsin Chen, Rafaelle Pastore, Kerri Wallom, Anyelo Duran, Lara Scofano and Allie Colaco. We will also have Dawn Shepherd and Alan Crowder as our support team.
